Been busy doin stuff,but I always check in to see if any one else has posted,like you have,and now that I've posted then maybe someone else might post and so on until the the universe collapses in on itself and everyone has to live in a blackhole heralding another big bang thus starting off the whole process once again etc etc etc etc

AVP's not in theaters anymore. It came and went along with the considerable spike in Alien Merchandise in the past year or so. I consider the recent increase in attention came from the Director's Cut of Alien that came out in select theaters last year (does anybody remember that? I almost completely forgot about it!) in preparation for Alien vs. Predator this year. So, things are going to cool down for awhile until the next time we see Alien catch pop-culture's attention. Who knows; maybe Predator will catch a little more limelight.
