That's not a model, it's a Marmit statue.
Those are very rare and quite expensive.
And the sculpt is totally different from the Konami candy toy. |

Actually, it is totally different.
The fact that it's just standing in a similar pose doesn't make it the same sculpt.
Or are you agreeing with me?
