That falcon looks f#'#ing ace man,I can see why you're proud of it,I had one once but didn't take the time to paint it as well as that,what i did do however is put a strip of reflective scotch tape on the engine strip at the back so in flash photos it looks like its firing up.
Anyway,heres a selection of models past and present;
this lot is from when I used to work in a model making studio many many years ago,sculpted in clay then cast in plaster then latex moulds pulled from the plaster..in fact that's just reminded me I worked on a model spider for a Duracell ad that was only shown in the States where the spider spinning the web shows the passing of time and this guy leaves his torch switched on in the cupboard?No? never mind

This next one is from a fancy dress party I went to,theme was fave film,and as I couldn't afford a£2000 alien suit I went as this guy,made the prosthetic myself and got a friend to apply the make up,a mixture of food colouring and pastry!!

I really got into boba Fett a couple o' years ago and this is the result,a customised Don Post helmet,it was crap when I got it so decided to improve on it,the real one is there for comparison

C3PO,1/6 vinyl

And the latest ones,the Dalek I picked up from a car boot sale for £3.50!! took about 3 weeks to build and paint it,and the TARDIS,from dr Who I built from balsa wood it's 9 inches high and took forever to build!!!

I hope this lot comes out!!

Nice sculpt,what's it made from,is it that stuff called Sculpy or something?
When I move to a bigger house I am definately going to have a go at making a life size Alien head,I've got it all mapped out in my head the only real problem I can see will be getting some one to produce a clear dome for the head could be a bit pricey!!
Anyway thanks for the comments,did that Duracell ad I mentioned ring any bells,it'd be good to know that a spider I made had a brief shot at fame!!

Hey,
just checked out your web site and took a gander at your porfolio,some very nice stuff in there,it,s an interesting style you have,little used,and I certainly think there is a market for it out there,can I say that it sort of reminds me of the close up shots in Ren & Stimpy?? and that just HAS to be a compliment! Very Happy
I wish you luck in your pesrsuance of your chosen career,wish I had gone to college etc blah blah,but I'm happy and that counts for a lot and I still keep my finger in the wonderful world of art and all it's fascinating divergences.
P.S,
King kong's my favourite!! Very Happy
